chakra images

In your metaphysical journey, you'll no doubt come across a vast amount of data on chakra info. Most of this is more information that you'll want to know, and sometimes the level of detail can be a bit difficult to grasp, and it's also difficult to know if what's being said has any validity or not, although I guess you can say that about many areas in metaphysics.

With that being said, there are still some wonderful resources out there on ckakra info. In addition to sharing some of these excellent resources with you, I'll try and provide as clear and basic discussion as I can regarding the chakras, and what cleaning/balancing them can do for you.

It's Okay To Be Skeptical

I'll be honest with you, when I first heard about chakras, I was very skeptical. I couldn't wrap my brain around the idea that something that everyone gives a name, shape, location, behavior to without any type of proof whatsoever, could have any validity to it.

While I know that proving anything metaphysical can be a bit on the difficult side, but usually it's there if you are willing to have an open mind and dig deep enough to find it. Now with that said, once I began to do meditations on blancing/cleansing my chakras and seeing the effect it was having on me, I became less skeptical about chakras and began to better understand how these little vortices work.

So if you skeptical about chakras, it's okay and it's healthy, just try keep an open mind through this discussion, and if you are fluent with meditation perhaps you can try some chakra balancing exercises that will be given to you later on.

What is a Chakra?

The word "chakra" originated back in ancient times and basically is defined as a spinning vortex that turns like a wheel. They are metaphysically defined as spinning energy centers located in different areas of the body. These energy centers can be influenced through deep meditation and visualization.

What Do Chakras Look Like in the Human Body?

As I mentioned earlier, it's easy to feel overwhelmed with all of the chakra info that's out there today, and it's easy to confused and lost in your research. Most of us are visual learners, so the easiest way to start building a visual concept of the chakra is to view them in illustrations in how they would look inside of a human body.

Some metaphysicians, as well as others who are able to see the human aura, have also claimed to have seen these spinning energy centers. If you click the below link, I've included several illustrations in order to depict these visual viewpoints.

When you think of chakras, try not to get too caught up in the terminology.

Just remember that a chakra is not a "thing". If you think of chakras as only energy, and how balancing that energy can affect certain parts of your body, your understanding will improve.
